A good way to get to know the important sights of Prague is to take part in a sightseeing tour. There are many attractions in the Old Town, but there is also a lot further away. Already the way to the Prague castle (about 2 km) is quite laborious on foot, since the castle is on a mountain above the city.
Many things in Prague are not too expensive. This is also true for some sightseeing tours by bus. There are many offers for bus tours through Prague: good and bad, expensive and inexpensive. In the following we have selected 3 from our point of view good bus tours, we also paid a lot of attention to the price. For each tour there is a link to a German website where you can book the tours. The status of the information on this page is January 2020.

Bestseller: Prague boat tour with dinner (buffet)It is perhaps the most popular tour in Prague. 3 hour boat ride in the evening on the Vltava River with great buffet dinner included. Great modern ship with lots of glass for best view, open top deck for photography, good food and very good reviews from participants. Price under 60 euros per person, window seat only a few euros more. Our recommendation for a cruise on the Vltava River. >>> More info and booking on the website of Getyourguide |

There are 3 lines at “City Sightseeing”, each with several stops. In addition to the classics like Prague Castle and the Old Town, you can also travel to the mountains around the city centre. There you can see the famous “Prague Eiffel Tower” on the Petrin or the work of art Metronom in Letna Park. You can book the Hop on / Hop off buses for 24 hours or 48 hours. 24 hour tickets cost about 22 Euro, 48 hour tickets 27 Euro, so only 5 Euro more (as of January 2020).
